This project was developed through conversations with my local queer community, where we discussed their relationship with outgoing wardrobe items and queer fashion ideals.
Inspired by the likeness in our experiences, I developed a series of garments that conveyed the soft resilience and strength of being visibly queer, and explored the expressions and signifiers of modern, genderqueer youth.
